The first half of the book was a bit slow and far-fetched. Especially the whole concept on how time traveling came to be (not a spoiler, and it comes up pretty quickly). The second half of the book makes up for it. A pleasant novel / thriller, gives food for thought and does a good job of painting pictures in your mind that you wouldn't normally think of.
